WellBefore Delivery Guarantee

  1. Introduction This Delivery Guarantee provides coverage for items that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit from WellBefore to a U.S. shipping address provided by the customer at the time of purchase.
  1. Coverage
  • 2.1 Lost Items: Coverage applies to items shipped within the United States that have not arrived at the destination within 2 business days from the promised delivery date and are confirmed lost by the carrier.
  • 2.2 Stolen Items: Coverage applies to items shipped within the United States that are confirmed as delivered by the carrier, 2 business days have elapsed since the promised delivery date, and are reported as not received by the customer.
  • 2.3 Damaged Items: Coverage applies to items received in damaged condition, where damage occurred during transit within the United States.
  1. Claim Process
  • 3.1 Reporting: Claims must be submitted within 14 days of the promised delivery date (for lost items) or within 14 days of receipt (for damaged items).
  • 3.2 Documentation: Customers must provide proof of damage (e.g., photographs) or non-delivery (e.g., police report for stolen items, when required by WellBefore).
  • 3.3 Investigation: WellBefore reserves the right to investigate claims, including contacting the shipping carrier and verifying details with the customer.
  1. Compensation
  • 4.1 Refund or Replacement: Approved claims will be resolved by replacement of the item or a refund, at WellBefore’s discretion.
  • 4.2 Limitation of Liability: Maximum liability under this Guarantee is limited to the original purchase price of the item.
  1. Exclusions This Guarantee does not cover:
  • 5.1 Delivery Delays: Delays due to carrier issues, weather, natural disasters, or other factors outside WellBefore’s control.
  • 5.2 Incorrect Address: Items shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
  1. Fees
  • 6.1 Guarantee Fee: The fee for this Guarantee is shown at checkout and is non-refundable.
  1. Limitations
  • 7.1 Purchase Timing: The Guarantee must be selected and purchased during checkout. It cannot be added after the order is placed.
  • 7.2 One-Time Use: The Guarantee covers a maximum of one (1) replacement shipment per order.
  1. Changes to Terms WellBefore reserves the right to update or modify these Guarantee terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting to the WellBefore website.
  1. Governing Law This Guarantee is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States.
